RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and collaborate with security and compliance teams.

The role focuses on risk identification, control design, and response to audits, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in audit/risk/compliance, deep HIPAA controls experience, and strong program management with attention to detail.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Attention to detail while seeing broad connections in risk.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and inform on the company's risk position.
• Assist with responding to internal and external audits.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Engage with RxBenefits Clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit requests.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk management controls.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage third-party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with policy, procedure and standard development.
