Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

You will help manage risk, assist with audits, and continuously improve controls across the enterprise. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls and SOC1/SOC2 experience, and strong program management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and mature security controls across the enterprise.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
