Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives in collaboration with security and compliance teams.

The role focuses on implementing RxBenefits’s compliance vision, managing risk across the organization, and supporting audits with a detail-oriented, proactive approach. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of Audit/Compliance experience, knowledge of HIPAA controls, and strong program management and communication skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction
• Attention to detail while seeing broader risk themes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence management

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams
• Maintain and document enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and documenting controls and risk information
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and the health of the program
• Assist with audits and responses to internal/external audits
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact
• Engage with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit requests
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessments and compliance
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards
