RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives, partnering with security and compliance teams to advance RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance, with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2, and strong program management, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking and broad view of risk.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Identify and maintain a list of high-value assets and threats to ensure effective risk mitigation.
• Document and mature security controls across the enterprise.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce risk reports for executives to inform on the program health and risk position.
• Assist with external audits and respond to audit requests and questionnaires.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business improvements.
• Work with clients to respond to security questionnaires and audit reports.
