Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and collaborate with security and compliance teams to advance our program.

You will help maintain risk registers and design controls aligned with HIPAA, SOC1, and SOC2, communicating findings to executives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in audit, risk, or compliance, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction.
• Strong communication skills to influence management and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain risk registers and document security controls.
• Perform risk assessments and support audits.
• Assist with maintaining the GRC platform and reporting to executives.
• Engage with 3rd party vendors and assist with audits and questionnaires.
• Stay updated on audit and compliance trends.
