Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams. The role focuses on risk assessment, control design, and maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in audit, risk, or compliance, with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1/SOC2 experience, and strong attention to detail to influence business partners and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Maintain processes across the enterprise to reduce security risk and design mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives and inform on risk posture.
• Assist with internal and external audits and respond to audits.
