RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and collaborate with security teams. The role requires strong project management, detail orientation, and the ability to drive risk mitigation across the organization.

Responsibilities include maintaining risk assessments and the GRC platform, producing risk reports for executives, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years in audit, risk, or compliance and experience with HIPAA controls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Sound organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills; ability to influence management.
• Self-starter, desire to learn, able to teach others, high energy, flexible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with RxBenefits teams to identify assets and threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise risk & security controls; design and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce reports of security risk for executives.
• Assist with audits and respond to audit requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable improvements.
• Work with RxBenefits Clients on security questionnaires/audit reports.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd-party vendor assessment & compliance.
• Assist with policies, procedures, and standards.
