RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include identifying high-value assets, assessing threats, maintaining risk documentation, and producing executive risk reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and associated threats for risk mitigation.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes; design and mature security controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program health.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Exercise judgment to influence business partners on risk decisions.
• Balance business strategy with appropriate risk controls for partners.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
