Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.

This role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits’ compliance vision, requiring strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail. The candidate will work across the organization to design controls, assess risks, maintain the GRC platform, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly change direction.
• Detail-oriented with ability to draw connections and identify risk across a population.
• Strong communication skills to influence management and lead changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Identify high-value assets and associated threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with internal and external audits and respond to audit requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Work with RxBenefits Clients on security questionnaires and audit reports.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends and manage 3rd party assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards.
