Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives, working closely with security and compliance teams to implement the company’s compliance vision.

The role emphasizes strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task. The ideal candidate will maintain risk and control documentation, perform risk assessments, support audits, and help manage third-party assessments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance.
• 3+ years with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to influence management and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain processes across the enterprise to design and mature security controls.
• Perform routine and ad-hoc security risk assessments.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform documenting controls and risks.
• Produce risk reports for executives on the program health.
• Assist with responding to audits and requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actions.
• Respond to security questionnaires and audit reports with clients.
• Stay updated on audit and compliance trends and oversee 3rd party assessments.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards; perform other duties as assigned.
