Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.

This role will work closely with the security and compliance teams and play a key role in implementing and executing RxBenefits compliance vision. The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills and high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, document controls, conduct risk assessments, support audits, and manage third-party risk with

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and influence partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute compliance initiatives with security and compliance teams.
• Maintain risk assessments, controls documentation and evidence for audits.
• Produce risk reports for executives and respond to audits and questionnaires.
• Manage third-party vendor assessments and compliance activities.
• Develop policies, procedures, and standards and educate stakeholders.
