Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits’ compliance vision.

The role requires strong program and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. It includes risk assessments, audit support, maintaining the GRC platform, and producing risk reports for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years with HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and to quickly change direction.
• Ability to communicate clearly to influence management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and associated threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise security processes and controls across the organization.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform to document controls and risks.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on the program health and risk position.
• Assist with internal and external audits and respond to audit requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive business actions.
• Engage with RxBenefits clients on questionnaires and audit requests.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage third-party vendor assessments and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
