Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. seeks a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives. This role works closely with the security and compliance teams and helps implement RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will have strong program and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across audits, risk assessments, and control documentation to support risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and quickly switch direction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to see broad risk patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence management.
• Self-starter, eager to learn and teach others, flexible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and related threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk data.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Assist with responses to internal and external audits.
• Evaluate control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Interact with RxBenefits clients to respond to security questionnaires.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, and standards.
• All other duties as assigned.
