Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision and drive risk-based improvements.

The role requires strong program and project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple risk topics while communicating effectively with leadership to influence change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2 experience.
• Ability to juggle multiple work efforts and adapt quickly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risk patterns.
• Clear communication to influence management and drive change.
• Self-starter with ability to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and independently execute corporate compliance initiatives.
• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise processes to reduce security risk and mature controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the GRC platform and document controls and risk info.
• Produce periodic views/reports of security risk for executives.
• Prepare for audits and respond to internal/external audit requests.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive actionable business impact.
• Assist RxBenefits Clients with security questionnaires/audit requests.
• Stay up to date with audit/compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with development of policies, procedures, standards.
