Job summary

RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate and execute corporate compliance initiatives.

The role collaborates with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision, with a focus on risk assessment, policy development, and vendor management. The ideal candidate brings strong program management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Audit, Risk or Compliance experience.
• 3+ years of HIPAA regulatory controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute security risk assessments and risk reporting across the enterprise.
• Document and maintain processes to reduce security risk; design and mature security controls with partners.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information; produce periodic risk reports for executives.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies in audits and drive actionable business impact.
• Stay up to date with audit and compliance trends and manage 3rd party vendor assessments.
