RxBenefits, Inc. is seeking a GRC Analyst to coordinate corporate compliance initiatives and work closely with security and compliance teams to implement RxBenefits' compliance vision.

The ideal candidate will possess strong program and project management skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across initiatives. The role emphasizes maintaining risk-based controls, performing risk assessments, supporting audits, and ensuring alignment with frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in Audit, Risk or Compliance.
• 3+ years with HIPAA controls, SSAE, SOC1 and SOC2.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence management.
• Self-starter with ability to learn and teach others.

Responsibilities

• Identify and maintain high-value assets and their threats to mitigate risk.
• Document and maintain enterprise security processes and controls.
• Perform routine or ad-hoc security risk assessments as needed.
• Maintain the GRC platform to document controls and risk information.
• Produce periodic risk reports for executives on program health.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Evaluate impact of control deficiencies and drive business impact.
• Coordinate responses to security questionnaires and audit reports.
• Influence business partners with judgment and critical thinking.
• Balance business strategy with risk management controls.
• Stay current with audit and compliance trends.
• Manage 3rd party vendor assessment and compliance.
• Assist with policy, procedure, and standard development.
