Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a grant writer to lead the creation and management of proposals, donor reports, and fundraising materials. You will coordinate across departments to ensure timely, accurate deliverables and maintain adherence to donor guidelines and brand voice.

The role requires 4–6 years of grant-writing experience, strong writing and editing skills, and proficiency with MS Office and cross-functional collaboration. Remote-first within the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 4–6 years of grant-writing experience.
• Experience with grant applications and proposals across public and private funders.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills; ability to translate complex info into clear narratives.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities; meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and compliance across all materials.
• Experience collaborating across organizational levels and providing guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead writing, coordination, review, and approval of grant applications.
• Develop fundraising documents including proposals, letters of inquiry, and donor reports.
• Manage all stages of proposal and report development with cross-functional input.
• Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational brand voice.
• Synthesize content from meetings and briefs into persuasive materials.
• Coordinate donor reporting and budget-related information with colleagues.
• Create visual presentation materials for proposals and reports.
• Provide guidance and tools to colleagues involved in grant development.
