Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion. This remote role in the United States focuses on donor engagement, storytelling, and data-driven proposals to attract funding for underserved communities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling materials, track donor commitments, and optimize outreach and events to grow impact. A minimum of five years in nonprofit fundraising is expected.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or donor relations.
• Ability to craft donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward commitments.
• Excellent writing/editing for proposals, reports, and donor communications.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency using CRM systems to track donor activity and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic giving partnerships and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate across teams to enhance donor communications and deepen engagement opportunities.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person donor events to generate qualified prospects.
• Ensure accurate gift documentation and donor tracking with finance and partnerships teams.
• Translate impact data and program information into compelling donor materials.
