Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations.
• Ability to create engagement strategies and guide prospects to commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Excellent writing and editing to communicate impact.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong CRM skills to track engagement and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement across mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and advisors.
• Enhance donor experiences through digital and event engagements.
• Represent the organization externally at meetings and conferences.
• Plan virtual and in-person donor events to deepen relationships.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships teams on gift documentation and stewardship.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials from program data and stories.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track donor activity.
