Jobgether is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships for a remote role in the United States. You will manage donor relationships, build strategic giving partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to expand philanthropic support and financial inclusion.

The role emphasizes data-informed proposals, compelling storytelling, and scalable donor experiences. You will collaborate with fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology teams to optimize engagement and drive sustainable

Qualifications

• Five years of nonprofit fundraising or partnerships experience.
• Ability to cultivate donors and steward relationships.
• Knowledge of donor-advised funds and major gifts.
• Excellent writing and editing for proposals and reports.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Strong collaboration across teams and project management skills.
• Strategic thinking and initiative in growing fundraising.
• Commitment to financial inclusion and social impact.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Residence in one of the approved states.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships and engagement across a portfolio of mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and advisors.
• Enhance donor experiences through improved digital journeys and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in meetings, conferences, and thought leadership events.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person donor engagement events.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships teams for accurate gift documentation.
• Create impact-driven fundraising materials from data, stories, and program info.
