YMCA of the USA seeks a Manager, Grant Writing & Partnership Communications to lead grant proposals and donor reporting across departments. This remote-first role supports national fundraising goals and provides guidance on content, style, and compliance.

You will manage the full proposal lifecycle, coordinate across teams, and develop compelling funding cases to advance organizational priorities, with a focus on timely submission and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 4–6 years of grant writing experience.
• Demonstrated success in grant writing across multiple funding sources.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Write and manage approval of public and private partnership applications across departments.
• Prepare grant proposals, concept papers, donor reports and related documents.
• Coordinate proposal and report development activities across Y-USA departments.
• Ensure donor reports comply with donor formats and standards.
