Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion through donor engagement. You will cultivate relationships with donors, philanthropic advisors, and giving partners to grow funding and impact.

You will collaborate across fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology teams to strengthen donor experiences, develop persuasive proposals, and drive sustainable giving. This is a fully remote role open to approved US states.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
• Ability to create donor engagement strategies and guide major gifts.
• Exceptional writing and editing for proposals, reports, and communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donor relationships and engagement across a portfolio of mid-to-major gifts.
• Build relationships with donor-advised funds and philanthropic advisors to identify funding opportunities.
• Improve donor experiences across websites, digital communications and giving options.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings, conferences, and thought leadership events.
• Plan and deliver virtual and in-person donor engagement events to cultivate prospects.
• Coordinate with finance and partnerships teams for accurate gift documentation and tracking.
• Translate impact data into compelling donor-facing proposals, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain CRM records, monitor activity, and report progress toward fundraising goals.
• Lead donor communications and marketing initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize outreach strategies to improve engagement.
