Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a Grants Associate to manage end-to-end grant operations, from applications through due diligence and reporting. You will ensure accurate records, timely processing, and strong stakeholder service in a fully remote environment.

You will collaborate with grant evaluators, recipients, and internal teams to improve systems, scale processes, and maintain compliance, with occasional travel for team events and retreats as needed.

Aufgaben

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system, ensuring applications and funding rounds progress efficiently and accurately.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for grant recipients, resolving inquiries and providing a positive experience throughout the lifecycle.
• Conduct due diligence on grant recipients to verify compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Review grantee reports to ensure they meet legal, reporting, and organizational requirements.
• Maintain complete, accurate grant records and data integrity across funding activities.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities to track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with evaluators and internal stakeholders to streamline workflows and improve processes.
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale systems as grantmaking grows.
