Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of sales or account management experience.
• Experience in government software sales and complex deal shaping.
• Proven track record leading multi-element proposals and negotiations.
• Strong cross-functional and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA account growth strategy, pipeline development, and deal closure.
• Identify and qualify opportunities across software, digital solutions, and services.
• Build executive relationships across procurement, contracts, and program leadership.
• Lead capture plans, win strategies, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate proposals and pricing with product, engineering, and consulting teams.
