Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Government Sales Director - Software to lead and expand our strategic relationship with the FAA and related partners. This remote role, based in the continental United States, requires in-person attendance for orientation and frequent travel.

You will own the growth strategy, shape multi-element offerings, and drive complex deals in software, digital solutions, consulting, and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 5+ years in sales or account management.
• Experience with U.S. government customers, FAA preferred.
• Experience in software, SaaS, or digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead FAA account growth strategy and pipeline development.
• Identify and close new business across software and services.
• Build executive relationships across procurement and program leadership.
• Develop capture strategies and win plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for proposals and pricing.
