Job summary

NQX is hiring full-time Customer Service Government Representatives to provide telephone assistance for a government entity from home. You will respond to citizen inquiries, help with administrative renewals, and schedule appointments.

The position supports a fully remote, weekday schedule with up to 40 hours per week. Training is fully paid and benefits begin after six months; you must be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• Available during Monday to Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm (ATL) for 20–40 hours per week.
• High-speed internet (≥25 Mbps) at home and a quiet, secure workspace.
• Ability to multitask and use multiple computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, informed and solution-oriented service to citizens requiring phone assistance.
• Assist users with questions related to administrative document renewal processes.
• Schedule in-centre appointments and direct to additional services when needed.
• Handle calls with discretion and confidentiality.
