NQX is hiring full-time Customer Service Government Representatives to provide telephone assistance for a government entity. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, while delivering accurate, friendly information to citizens.

You will answer questions about administrative document renewal processes, schedule in-centre appointments, and guide callers to the right services. Training is fully paid, and a comprehensive benefits package begins after six months.
