Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring Participant Services Representatives to support a federal program. This is a full-time, fully remote role based in the United States, answering participant questions by phone, email and web chat.

It's an entry point into federal work for anyone with customer service or call center experience. You will handle inquiries, log contacts, resolve processing issues, support back-office reviews, and follow published guidelines.

Competenze

• Requires strong written and verbal communication, listening skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in call center, customer service or public relations is valued but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Mansioni

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, email and web chat from program participants.
• Log every contact in a web-based case management system and link each call to its open case.
• Research and resolve processing issues and data errors through to resolution.
• Support back-office processing and data-integrity reviews.
• Follow the program's published processing guidelines.
