BI Incorporated, a Boulder-based technology leader in electronic monitoring solutions, is seeking a Partnership Development Executive. This remote role focuses on selling to government agencies, growing existing accounts, and creating strategic plans to meet revenue goals.

The position requires travel to customer sites and strong relationship management across multiple levels. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of government sales experience, excellent communication, and proven negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• 5+ years selling technical equipment to government or similar agencies.
• Knowledge of government bid processes preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to customer sites and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close sales opportunities to meet revenue quotas.
• Drive market share growth and customer retention.
• Maintain strategic account plans for each account.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals.
• Develop relationships with executives in assigned accounts.
