BI Incorporated, based in Boulder, CO, is seeking a Partnership Development Executive to drive technology business development in assigned states. You will introduce and sell new Company products and services to prospective customers and expand existing accounts with a focus on government agencies.

The role requires building relationships with executives, managing multiple priorities, and achieving revenue targets through strategic account planning and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Computer Science, Communications or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years' experience selling technical equipment to government or similar agencies.
• Knowledge of government bid processes and corrections industry is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify and close sales opportunities in assigned accounts to meet revenue quotas.
• Drive market share growth and retention of customers.
• Develop strategic account plans for each account.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with new and current accounts.
• Maintain relationships with key executives across accounts.
• Forecast account growth and provide regular reports.
