Qualifications

• 4-6 years experience in consulting, customer success, or enterprise account management.
• Ability to act as trusted adviser to government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and track record in customer or project management.
• Passion for public service, citizen engagement and service transformation.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Serve as an industry subject matter adviser in government CX and digital services.
• Create and deliver effective presentations and proposals to address client needs.
• Support delivery teams to manage scope, timeline, and acceptance.
• Mentor contributors and support professional development within the team.
• Train internal teams in consultative solutions, sales, and implementation.
• Collaborate with customers to align programs with agency objectives.
• Drive growth by leveraging existing relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
