Job summary

VSolvit LLC is seeking an experienced high-volume Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Management Team. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical professionals, with a strong emphasis on GovCon environments.

The Technical Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates across cybersecurity, cloud, software development, GIS, and data engineering. The position is 100% remote, requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• 3–7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates with active security clearances.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and GovCon concepts.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates via Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings for qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers to ensure timeliness.
• Draft recruitment communications and collaborate on sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate records and track progress in the ATS.
• Stay updated on GovCon recruiting trends and best practices.
