Job summary

VSolvit LLC is seeking an experienced high volume Technical Recruiter with GovCon success to join our Talent Management Team. This role handles full lifecycle recruiting of cleared and non-cleared technical professionals.

The Technical Recruiter will partner with Hiring Managers to source, screen, and deliver qualified candidates across cybersecurity, cloud, software development, GIS, data engineering, and systems engineering. Remote work is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Minimum 2–3 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within a federal government contracting environment.
• Experience sourcing candidates with active security clearances.
• Proficiency using ATS systems and sourcing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates across various roles by leveraging recruitment platforms such as Clearance Jobs, Monster, LinkedIn, and others
• Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process
• Compose and send recruitment correspondence, including emails and messages on professional networks and social media
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track progress through the recruitment process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment
