Job summary

Clear Global Solutions, LLC is seeking a motivated Recruiter to support staffing needs across corporate and federal government contract operations. This temporary role handles full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, posting, screening, interviews, and pre-employment activities.

The position offers remote or hybrid work options with a flexible schedule (6–12 months). You will work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to deliver compliant, efficient recruiting and to build candidate

Qualifications

• Two (2) or more years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing, reviewing, and screening candidates.
• Experience coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience using ATS, job boards, and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities for assigned positions.
• Post approved job announcements on designated recruiting platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, networks, referrals, resume databases, and other resources.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Conduct outreach to prospective candidates and maintain communication through the process.
• Review resumes and applications against qualifications and contract requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and document results.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruiting records and candidate status updates.
• Support pre-employment activities and onboarding coordination.
• Assist HR with recruiting projects and reports.
