Job summary

Via Logic LLC is hiring a Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for IT, government contracting, and business operations roles. You will partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, source candidates, screen, interview, and drive offers while navigating federal onboarding requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing and engagement skills, and the ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or closely related function.
• Experience sourcing candidates, reviewing résumés, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating multi-stage processes.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers or stakeholders to understand requirements and evaluate candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for technical, government contracting, and business operations roles.
• Build pipelines for IT and government contracting talent; understand position qualifications, labor categories, and citizenship/residency requirements.
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, managers, technical teams, leadership, and customers; maintain clear communication.
