Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to run a full-cycle desk focused on cleared GovCon IT talent. This hands-on role requires sourcing, screening, and closing candidates, with responsibility for pipeline and reporting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in GovCon recruiting, experience with TS/SCI clearance, and proficiency with Greenhouse or similar ATS. Remote within an hour of Tysons Corner, VA with occasional on-site meetings at DC metro.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, GovCon sector preferred.
• Experience recruiting for cleared IT talent (Secret/Top Secret/TS/SCI).
• Proven ability to manage a full requisition load independently.
• Strong direct-sourcing and pipeline development skills.
• Familiarity with federal labor category requirements and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical requisitions.
• Source and screen candidates for cleared IT roles and clearance eligibility.
• Lead interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline ahead of contract needs.
• Produce weekly recruiting reports and assist with resource allocation.
