Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior IAM Engineer (Remote) to maintain and enhance the GovCloud identity infrastructure.

You will focus on operational excellence, security, and scalability across US-Gov-1 and US-Gov-2 environments, enabling trusted access for internal applications and users. You will partner with Engineering and IT, automate tasks, and implement monitoring, with a strong emphasis on FedRAMP/DoD controls and security best practices in a fast-paced federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–11 years of relevant work experience in IAM or identity-related fields.
• Experience implementing and managing identity infrastructure in GovCloud or secure cloud environments.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Proficiency with automation and AI-enabled approaches to improve workflows and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations and application lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security controls and perform security impact analyses.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop monitoring/alerting tools.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to federal cloud support via on-call rotations.
