Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced GovCloud Manager to lead security operations for government and public sector customers.

You will supervise analysts, drive incident response initiatives, and manage cross-functional teams within a rigorous, compliance-driven environment. Eight+ years in incident handling and information security, plus strong leadership and project management skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of incident handling, information security, and leadership experience.
• Minimum of three years leading technical information security professionals.
• Bachelor's or master's degree preferred; relevant certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and performance management for GovCloud analysts.
• Lead talent development, hiring and retention within GovCloud.
• Oversee incident response, investigation, and resolution for GovCloud environments.
• Maintain KPI tracking and develop dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and customer-facing security operations.
