Qualifications

• Experience conducting or managing incident response for government/public sector.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and coaching for GovCloud analysts.
• Oversee incident response, investigation, and resolution in GovCloud.
• Maintain KPI tracking and reporting for operations.
• Lead process improvement initiatives within the GovCloud program.
