Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to support the GovCloud identity stack across US-Gov-1 and US-Gov-2 environments. You will focus on operational excellence, security, and scalability for internal apps and user access.

Work with Engineering and IT to implement solutions, ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance, and automate tasks. Strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced government cloud setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6–11 years of experience, or Master's with 6–7 years in identity/access management.
• Proficiency in Directory Services, Group Policy Management, DNS, and related technologies.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience applying AI to enhance decision-making, automation, and security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations, application lifecycle management, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to integrate solutions and ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security controls, perform impact analysis, and monitor government security practices.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop monitoring/alerting for the gov cloud environment.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for solution design, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders on support activities and on-call rotations.
