Job summary

CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and enhance the GovCloud identity stack (FedRAMP Moderate & High DoD levels).

You will ensure operational excellence, security, and scalability across US Gov environments, enabling secure access for internal apps and users. Responsibilities include automated identity workflows, collaboration with Engineering and IT, and on-call federal cloud support.

Qualifications

• Experience in identity and access management with FedRAMP/DoD context preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience automating identity workflows and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage identity provider operations and application lifecycle documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and IT to integrate solutions and ensure FedRAMP/DoD compliance.
• Implement security measures and perform security impact analysis.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks; develop monitoring and alerting tooling.
• Provide tier 2/3 support and participate in on-call federal cloud rotation.
