You will win new business and expand relationships across the Toptal portfolio while building a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

The role requires deep industry relationships, a track record of enterprise sales leadership, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years running an industry business unit with enterprise sales leadership.
• Deep industry relationships and proven success in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Strong forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work remotely.

Responsabilités

• Set and execute the industry strategy, own the P&L, and allocate resources to drive growth.
• Win new enterprise clients and expand existing relationships across Toptal's portfolio.
• Build and develop the team, from recruitment to coaching and performance management.
