Toptal is seeking a high-impact executive to own industry strategy, P&L, and resource allocation, driving growth with enterprise clients. You will win new business and expand relationships across the Toptal portfolio while building a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

The role requires deep industry relationships, a track record of enterprise sales leadership, and the ability to work remotely.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years running an industry business unit with enterprise sales leadership.
• Deep industry relationships and proven success in Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or similar sectors.
• Strong forecasting, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to work remotely.
