Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering in the United States to lead the Sales Engineering organization in accordance with the company Go-To-Market strategy. You will serve as the technical face for key accounts and partners, translating the product vision into customer value and aligning with Product, Engineering and Marketing to drive outcomes.

You will establish KPI-driven leadership, oversee enablement and field readiness, and manage a broad, globally dispersed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience.
• Hands-on, lead-from-the-front style with 30+ globally dispersed SEs.
• Track record in consultative enterprise solutions and platform selling.
• Security software experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization in line with GTM strategy.
• Establish KPIs, forecasts, and action plans with leadership peers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CS, Product, Marketing and Services for insights.
• Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer value propositions.
• Drive enablement programs and tools to transform SE teams into technical security advisers.
• Partner with regional teams and channel partners to identify and close opportunities.
