Job summary

Momentus is seeking a Professional Services, Program Manager for Strategic Enterprise Implementation to drive multi-site, multi-year enterprise deployments. You will manage cadence, milestones, risk, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.

You will build executive-ready updates and customer summaries while keeping all teams aligned to shared program outcomes, with a focus on momentum and timely delivery across hundreds of sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program or project coordination, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-phase programs at scale (hundreds of sites/locations).
• A track record of keeping large cross-functional efforts aligned and moving with proactive drift detection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical detail for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring cadence for the program, including scheduling, agendas, and follow-through.
• Take and distribute notes from program meetings; maintain a master roadmap and milestone tracker.
• Keep project documentation accurate and up to date across trackers, plans, contracts-in-progress, status pages.
• Align workstreams and customer teams around shared outcomes; monitor progress at scale.
• Coordinate cross-functional escalation with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering as needed.
• Deliver executive status updates and customer-facing summaries; maintain a single source of truth for program status.
