Job summary

Momentus Technologies is seeking a Professional Services, Program Manager for a large-scale, multi-site enterprise implementation. You will own the day-to-day cadence, drive stakeholder engagement, and keep the program moving across dozens of locations and phases.

You will coordinate with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, manage risks and blockers, and deliver executive updates that build trust and momentum.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program or project coordination, implementation management, or customer-facing delivery roles in an enterprise B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-phase programs at scale (hundreds of sites/locations).
• Track record of keeping large, cross-functional efforts aligned and moving with the ability to spot drift early and re-rally teams around the program's goals.
• Strong organizational skills: scheduling, documentation, and follow-through are core to this role, not an afterthought.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical or commercial detail into clear updates for varied audiences.
• Comfortable engaging with technical topics (system integrations, data migration, identity/SSO, payment processing) at a coordination/escalation level.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to keep a program unblocked.

Responsibilities

• Own the recurring program cadence and meetings: core team check-ins, working group sessions, leadership reviews.
• Take and distribute notes from program meetings; capture decisions and commitments.
• Maintain the master roadmap and milestone tracker with phase dates, go-live targets, and dependencies.
• Keep program documentation (trackers, plans, contracts-in-progress, status pages) accurate and up to date.
• Keep workstreams aligned around shared outcomes and goals, not just their own slice of work.
• Proactively check progress against plan at scale; catch slowdowns early.
• Re-align teams quickly when priorities shift or dates slip; course-correct as needed.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to stay in sync.
• Serve as the conduit between customer stakeholders and internal teams; provide regular executive updates.
• Maintain a living risk and blocker log; escalate blockers to the right owners.
