Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst to join its Global Trade Management team. The role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, screening, and post-entry support, with a fully remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related trade or customs experience (implied by role).
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Use Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Adhere to changing priorities from clients, US Customs, and management.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and interact with Livingston staff, clients, brokers, and carriers.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
