Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst to support the Global Trade Management group. The role is fully remote, Monday to Friday day shift, and involves classification, brokerage operations, restricted party screening, and post-entry processes.

You will work with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate import/export data and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, a High School/GED, or a Bachelor's degree.

Formación

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent is required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to receive refunds from Customs.
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Utilize Trade Applications & Software to analyze import/export data.
• Monitor changing priorities as required by clients, US Customs, and management.
• Research missing or incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston and external parties.
• Contribute to process development and improvement.
