Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst to join our Global Trade Management group. This fully remote role focuses on classification, brokerage operations, and post-entry tasks with a day shift.

You will analyze import/export data, resolve regulatory issues, and support clients across North America. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as you collaborate with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• High School/GED or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests.
• Monitor corrections to secure refunds from Customs.
• Resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients.
• Analyze import/export data using trade software.
• Adhere to changing priorities from clients and regulatory bodies.
• Research missing forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and coordinate with Livingston teams.
• Contribute to process improvements.
