Job summary

Livingston International is seeking a Trade Analyst for a fully remote role across the United States. You will support the Global Trade Management group with classifications, import/export operations, and post-entry tasks.

The position emphasizes accuracy, client interaction, and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience
• High School/GED or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Generate corrections to entries based on client and team requests, meeting Customs deadlines
• Monitor corrections to obtain refunds from Customs
• Manage and resolve regulatory errors on behalf of clients
• Analyze import/export data using Trade Applications & Software
• Adapt to changing priorities from clients, US Customs and management
• Research missing/incomplete forms with suppliers, carriers, and clients
• Interact with Livingston employees, clients, brokers, forwarders, and carriers
• Contribute to process development and improvement
